How was your weekend?
It's a constant battle to stay focused. There are just so many things to deal with every day. Supporting clients, building my business, professional development, spending time with the family and keeping up with friends--not to mention the trivialities of life, groceries, banking, appointments, etc.
It's already feeling like a long week and it's only Monday morning.
When I do find myself getting stressed I say, "Focus on the task at hand" because my mind will start focusing on all the stuff I have to do.
So before you start wringing your hands and worrying, stop.
Focus on what you're supposed to do and move forward from there.
